Ground floor and elevator buildings are the same price. Carrying up or down stairs takes longer than rolling a dolly across a floor.

What your price includes

Everything listed below is covered at the price shown.

On the job

  • Moving furniture, filing cabinets, boxes, equipment, and stock anywhere inside your building.
  • Anything the crew can carry or roll on a dolly, without special equipment.
  • Everything set down where you direct and plugged back in, ready to use.
  • Anything you're discarding carried out to your own dumpster or container on the property.
  • Floor and doorframe protection while we work.
  • Furniture dollies, straps, and blankets. Nothing to rent on your end.

Not included

  • Cleaning of any kind. That's quoted separately under Cleaning.
  • Hauling anything off the property. We don't transport items to a landfill, a donation center, or another address — a container or a pickup on your end covers that.
  • Gas lines, water lines, and hardwired electrical. Outlets, fixtures, and anything wired into the circuit need a licensed trade.
  • Network and data cabling, server racks, and phone systems. We move the hardware; your IT handles the wiring.
  • Anything the crew can't lift by hand. Safes, pianos, and machinery need a lift or a bigger crew.
  • Taking apart or reassembling furniture. We move pieces as they are, so anything that has to come apart should be handled before we arrive.
  • Moving between buildings or addresses.
  • Stairs beyond three floors.
