Commercial Cleaning
After-hours scheduled cleaning for offices, medical and dental clinics, and retail — with a photo report every visit. Supplies included. Month to month, cancel anytime.
- Entrances, lobbies, and reception areas cleaned and reset
- Offices and work areas dusted, high-touch surfaces disinfected — desks, handles, switches
- Conference rooms reset and wiped down
- Floors vacuumed, swept, and mopped throughout
- Trash collected and liners replaced
- Restrooms cleaned and sanitized
- Break rooms and kitchens wiped down
- Supplies included — no extra charges for cleaning products
- Photo report sent when we finish

Property Watch
Scheduled inspection visits to properties without someone on site. We inspect and report — we do not clean, repair, or haul. Flat monthly rate, month to month.
Exterior — every visit
- Parking lot, landscaping, and irrigation — visible damage, overgrowth, standing water
- Exterior lighting, signage, fencing, and gates
- Dumpster area checked for illegal dumping or overflow
- Doors, windows, and locks checked for forced entry, vandalism, or graffiti
- Roof and gutters viewed from the ground for visible damage or blockage
- "For Lease" signage and lockbox confirmed intact and legible
- Mail, packages, flyers, and door hangers collected — nothing left to advertise an empty building
- Photo of the water and electric meters, so a spike shows up before the damage does
Interior — when "Interior + exterior" is selected
- Ceilings, walls, and floors checked for stains, moisture, or signs of a leak
- A/C confirmed running, thermostat and humidistat at the settings you set, drain pan checked for standing water
- Electrical panel opened only to look for tripped breakers, and checked for water, rust, or scorching
- Water heater checked for drips, pooling, or corrosion at the base
- Toilets flushed and faucets run to keep traps from drying out
- Smoke detectors checked for a chirp or fault light
- Alarm panel confirmed armed and showing no fault
- Signs of pests, rodent activity, or unauthorized occupancy
Your report — after every visit
- A completed checklist showing every point inspected and its condition
- Timestamped photos of the property and of anything worth documenting
- A written note on anything outside normal — what we found, where it is, and photos of it
- Anything urgent, you hear from us by text before we leave the property
Weekly or every two weeks. Flat monthly rate.
Internal Moves
Moving furniture, files, and boxes inside your building. Too big for your own staff, too small for a moving company. Priced by the hour, three-hour minimum.
- Moving furniture, filing cabinets, boxes, equipment, and stock anywhere inside your building
- Anything the crew can carry or roll on a dolly, without special equipment
- Everything set down where you direct and plugged back in, ready to use
- Anything you're discarding carried out to your own dumpster or container on the property
- Floor and doorframe protection while we work
- Furniture dollies, straps, and blankets — nothing to rent on your end
Priced by the hour, three-hour minimum.
